Remedy: Sinus Rinsing

It sounds gross....It is kinda' gross, to be honest. But if you have chronic sinus problems, you simply have to try this.

Regular Kit

For about $10, you can safely and painlessly irrigate your sinuses yourself. The kit comes with everything you need to create the saline solution used in the process and for several uses thereafter. You simply boil some water, let it cool to lukewarm, and follow the instructions. The process is similar to the use of nose sprays, except the water goes in one nostril and comes out the other!

My husband and I have been using this for about a week now, and I really notice a difference in his snoring and my sinus pain. Try it out and see what you think!

  1. Hi Laura!
I'll do a swatch of the new mac lipstick I got in my next post! It is very natural, but not chalky or nude either. It has a mauve undertone to it, which is nice in my humble opinion ;)
